Practice records will be submitted electronically by using the form below. Only parents can submit practice records. As you go through the week, you can monitor your child's practice times. You can complete the form below, and it will be submitted to Mr. P for review. Forms are due on Thursday of each week. If you do not have access to internet at your home, you can turn in a paper copy. Paper copies can be downloaded from the Handouts/Forms page on this site, or they can be picked up in the Band Room.
